Grace Family Logistics, LLC provides freight brokerage, warehousing, supply chain management, and logistics coordination services. We connect shippers with carriers, provide storage and distribution solutions, and manage freight transportation across the 48 continental United States. Our services are available during business hours with after-hours support for active shipments.
3. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Be authorized to request services on behalf of your organization (if applicable)
- Provide accurate and complete information when requesting services
4. User Responsibilities
As a user of our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate shipping information including pickup/delivery locations, cargo specifications, and timing requirements
- Notify us promptly of any changes or cancellations
- Ensure cargo is properly packaged, labeled, and ready for transport
- Comply with all applicable laws regarding shipped goods
- Pay for services rendered according to agreed payment terms
- Report any issues or concerns in a timely manner
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our services:
- For any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- To transport hazardous materials without proper disclosure and authorization
- To transport stolen, contraband, or illegal goods
- To submit false or misleading information
- To attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- In a manner that could damage, disable, or impair our services or reputation
6. Freight and Cargo
You are responsible for accurately describing all cargo to be shipped. Certain goods require special handling, permits, or are prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse shipment of any cargo that violates our policies or applicable laws. You assume all risk for cargo that is improperly packaged, labeled, or described.
7. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be agreed upon prior to service delivery. Invoices are due according to the agreed payment schedule. We reserve the right to assess late fees and suspend services for overdue accounts. All prices are subject to change with notice.
8. Liability Limitations
Grace Family Logistics, LLC acts as a freight broker and logistics coordinator. While we carefully vet our carrier partners, we are not a motor carrier and do not assume liability for cargo loss or damage. Carrier liability is governed by the applicable bill of lading and federal regulations. Our liability is limited to the brokerage fees paid for the specific shipment in question.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific delivery times, transit durations, or results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grace Family Logistics, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services or any delays or failures in delivery.
11. Third-Party Services
Our services involve coordination with third-party carriers, warehouses, and other logistics providers. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of these third parties. Your relationships with carriers are governed by applicable bills of lading and federal regulations.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease, and outstanding payment obligations will remain due.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
